    So, this one is hard. The food, including the sides, were awesome. BUT, we had to wait for a very long time for coming at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday. They weren't even busy. And the customers were RUDE. I give it 1 star for service (our order was also wrong but we waited so long there was no way I was going back in) and 5 for the food. Be prepared to wait!

    I've never ate here myself but you can smell the chicken blocks down the street. The parking lot is a bit small but I guess they make up for that in their driveThru service, which I must give it to them. They are quick!

    This is the 2nd time within a week they are out of chicken. 15-20 minute wait for chicken. You are a chicken restaurant and completely out of chicken AGAIN! What's wrong with y'all ninjas?! Mismanagement & lack of guidance at its finest!

    Customer service came with a pleasant disposition, accompanied by a positive attitude and a warm smile to boot.  Unfortunately the drive thru speaker/microphone system was inoperative (AGAIN) thereby slowing the ordering, paying, and receiving process.  Management would benefit more, if all systems worked as effective and efficient as their employees do under a less than ideal work environment.

    I can get a 3 piece combo with Mac and extra biscuits for under $10 and be full all day. Which to me, is a better deal than most chicken places in the area. Chicken is hot and greasy. Honey butter biscuits keep me coming back.

    sometimes it's a little slow and it's not the best part of town.
